Multi disciplinary firm – 120 users, Sydney

Worked closely with this firm to identify user adoption issues and concerns as the software was not being used adequately. Many areas of the firm / staff were involved to identify best fit for their practice and ensure correct use of all areas of the system including:

Onboarding, CRM, Marketing, Compliance, Reporting, KPIs and Dashboards, Automated Notifications etc.

This was a lengthy project but all management and staff involved had moved forward with the software in a much more positive light and increased investment in the system by over 40%.

Medium sized firm – 50+ users, Melbourne

This was a regular client who was pretty adaptive to the software but felt they were under-utilising the software after 4 years of using the software. Worked closely with the directors to understand the needs of the firm and then on a regular 2-3 monthly basis would have workshops with the team. Worked closely for the next 4 years to ensure higher productivity of the system including:

Managing upgrades, staff re-education, better reporting outcomes, system automations.

Start-up business, Sydney

This particular client had decided to operate their business as a sole trader from home. Within 3 years this sole trading firm was employing 10+ staff. We would meet on a regular basis to ensure that the system would continue to evolve and grow.

Regional firm, 70+ users, NSW

Helping this firm grow and develop over time with all areas of the 6 systems that this firm was using to manage clients and internal operations. Services included managing data importing from other systems into their PMS, software integration services, automated reporting tools etc. Worked closely with this firm for over 8 years to help and aid their growth from 25 users to over 70+ users.

Regional firm, 15 users, NSW

Working closely with this firm as a helpdesk support staff member and then helped implement change for compliance outcomes. Prior to my attendance the firm was a very “paper heavy” firm, slow adoption to computer generated output to move forward with the firm:

Updated software platforms, outputs all stored within a logical (document management system) DMS, document storage became essential to all operations, new scanning adoption, all staff working with additional monitor/s. Firm were completing jobs 35% faster and aided in client satisfaction rates.
